Anthony Scaramucci Once Called Trump “Another Hack Politician”

Newly named White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci lashed out at then-candidate Donald Trump during a 2015 appearance on Fox Business Network. Trump offered Scaramucci the position of White House communications director on July 21, which reportedly prompted White House press secretary Sean Spicer to resign. In 2015, however, Scaramucci was less than enthusiastic about his future new boss, telling Fox Business that Trump is “another hack politician.” He also lashed out at Trump over the way he “talks about women” and “our friend Megyn Kelly,” stating, “I’ll tell you who he’s going to be president of, you can tell Donald I said this, the Queens County bullies association.” From the August 24, 2015, edition of Fox Business’ Morning with Maria Bartiromo:

ANTHONY SCARAMUCCI: That’s another hack politician.

[…]

He’s a hack politician.

MARIA BARTIROMO (HOST): You’re in trouble now.

SCARAMUCCI: He’s probably going to make Elizabeth Warren his vice presidential nominee with comments like that. It’s anti-American. It’s very, very divisive.

[…]

I’ll tell you who he’s going to be president of, you can tell Donald I said this, the Queens County bullies association. You got to cut it out now and stop all this crazy rhetoric.

[…]

I don’t like the way he talks about women. I don’t like the way he talks about our friend Megyn Kelly. And, you know what, the politicians don’t want to go at Trump because he’s got a big mouth. And he’s afraid he’s going to light ’em up on Fox News and all these other places. But, I’m not a politician. Bring it.

[…]

You’re an inherited-money dude from Queens County. Bring it, Donald. Bring it.

[…]

He’s a class divider.

UPDATE: During the July 21 White House press briefing Scaramucci walked back his previous comments calling Trump a “hack politician,” saying that it was “one of the biggest mistakes” he had made, and adding, “I should have never said that about him. So, Mr. President if you’re listening, I personally apologize for the fiftieth time for saying that.”

Killing Abortion Ban Repeal

With little more than six months until Election Day, Donald Trump is preparing for an “authoritarian” presidency, and a massive, multi-million dollar operation called Project 2025, organized by The Heritage Foundation and headed by a former top Trump White House official, is proposing what it would like to be his agenda.
